A voluminous, highly polished, statement ring hand-carved from wax then cast in 14K yellow gold. The face is approximately .5 inch wide and 1.5 inches across, total weight for a size 6.5 is 20 grams. The ring was inspired by the bold, statement-making, yellow gold jewelry of the 1970s (my favorite jewelry decade). There are lots of styles of dome rings, but my two favorites are completely unadorned or set with one to four gemstones, so the emphasis is on the shape and finish of the dome. If you're considering adding gemstones, email me first to discuss your choices. Softer gemstones don't work well in the flush setting. And If you'd like gemstone(s) added, the setting is included in the price, but the final total will depend on your gemstone choice.
