The ethically sourced diamonds (one natural and one lab-grown) are approximately 3 and 3.5mm and are flush set into a thick (16 gauge) matte, brushed gold rectangle, just under one-inch long and 5/8 inch wide. The tiny heart charm can be worn with the pendant or removed and worn on its own (or given it to a loved one or friend).
